"Feeling Fantastically Amazing and So much So that I have continued with the meals and recipes from the cleanse.... This cleanse became Life Changing for me where as in the beginning it was challenging with the change in eating and preparation of meals now it is easy and delightful to embrace... Right down to the "Raw Nut Milk" that I complained was gross dirty water and far from "Milk" ... My friend/Co worker/ cleanse buddy was chatting with me at work the other day (post cleanse) and looked in shock and said "Are you drinking "Nut Milk????" LOL Now, I am like her and crave it!!!!! "I have to say that since the cleanse has ended, I've maintained like I am still on the cleanse because I just feel better when I do. I haven't been super strict on myself (like having a cookie or eating some Tostitos) but for the most part I have been eating all whole foods. I've learned new ways to cook and play around with food thanks to you all, and I am so incredibly grateful to have gone through this experience. And I have noticed my tastes and cravings have changed too; for example instead of wanting a candy bar to starve away hunger pains, I'll have some walnuts or hazelnuts because that's what I really want and my body really needs. Also I had one beer on St. Patrick's day but immediately realized I didn't really miss alcohol as much as I thought I did.
