For the 6th year, we are supporting Sammy's Cause to provide gifts for those in local nursing homes.
We are collecting for men & women: blankets, slipper socks, crossword/puzzle books, hats & gloves and large red gift bags
There are 250 seniors to make the holidays brighter for at Eger Nursing Home, the Harbor House and Addeo House
Please bring your donation to the studio by Sat., December 6th
Once again, we are collecting for Gianna Nicole's Heart of Hope Foundation for local children with pediatric cancer and Angela's House on Long Island. Please help make their holidays a little brighter - ages 3-teen Gift Cards for Apple, ITUNES, Target, Walmart, Ulta, Sephora & video game cards, Baby dolls, Legos, Jewelry & creative projects, Arts & Crafts kits, along with developmental toys
Please bring donation to the studio before Fri., December 19th
The 2025 Holiday Challenge is underway and it's not too late to get in it!
Registration is OPEN until Sun., December 7th and all practices taken from Thanksgiving Count!
Keep your attention on your practice during the holiday season - practice 21 times during the challenge and WIN the last shirt of 2025! In studio practices only. You can practice more than once a day.
Some reminders for the new platform:
You CANNOT sign up for a class without payment. If you want to save by paying CASH, or are entitled to one of our discounts, please do NOT sign up for class, just come to the studio.
For a workshop (enrollment), if you have a current plan (monthly, 2 months, or class card) and are eligible for "current pricing discount", you will NOT be able to sign up online and get the discount. Please sign up in studio before the workshop so we can apply the discount or come to the studio the day of the workshop.
For 5BPY VIP, Gold or Silver Members, your discount pricing shows up at booking and you are able to pre-book and purchase at the discounted price.
If you have a GIFT CARD you haven't used prior to the change of platforms and want to redeem it, please email the studio [email protected] with the gift card information so that we can handle the transaction.
You cannot redeem in studio.
REMINDER: The studio opens 30 minutes before the start of class and the door locks on time. If you are late, please knock loudly, so the teacher can let you in.
No late entry after 5 minutes from the start of the class.
NOTE: For the Monday - Friday 6am & 7am classes doors open 20 minutes before

We offer mat/towel rental - no charge for first time visitors
Pay $7 for mat rental (includes hand towel)
Pay $3 for towel rental
There is NO CHARGE for 5BPY VIP for mat or towel rental
What's NEW with Walla Platform:
5BPY Silver Members receive 1 free pass a month in your account (3 total) to bring a friend to class
5BPY Gold Members receive 1 free pass a month in your account (6 total) to bring a friend to class
5BPY VIP Members receive 1 free pass a month in your account (12 total) to bring a friend to class
If you do not use the free pass in a month, it rolls over
You will no longer receive free class cards.
