We are excited to welcome you back to the studio and hope you had an amazing summer. Our Summer Challenge ends on September 21st - for those of you in the challenge, keep showing up and putting your attention on your health and wellness!
We appreciate your support in our donation class in August. In the studio, we raised $408 for Lennon Zambrano in honor of Dana Marie Foley. We also acknowledge everyone who donated directly to the go fund me campaign.
We are excited to welcome Nikki Rizzo to the assisting team and invite you to attend a class she is assisting in September to give her some support!
Our 2026 Teacher Development program kicked off in August and we will be having the teachers in training teach a sequence in some classes in September & October and they will also lead FREE Power 45 classes at 4pm on Sunday Sept. 13th & 27th
We appreciate your support for these up and coming teachers who are excited to be part of the 5BPY teaching team!
We kindly ask for your support in helping us manage classes starting on time. Many classes have been impacted by no-shows, and we encourage you to download the Walla app to make it easy to book and cancel classes.
If your plans change, please cancel at least 1 hour before class.
A $10 fee will be incurred for late cancellations or no-shows.

You CANNOT sign up for a class without payment. If you want to save by paying CASH, or are entitled to one of our discounts, please do NOT sign up for class, just come to the studio.
Workshops (enrollments) lock out 24 hours before - if you are unable to sign up online, just come to the studio - there is always room!
For a workshop (enrollment), if you have a current plan (monthly, 2 months, or class card) and are eligible for "current pricing discount", you will NOT be able to sign up online and get the discount.
Please sign up in studio before the workshop so we can apply the discount or come to the studio the day of the workshop.
For 5BPY VIP, Gold or Silver Members, your discount pricing shows up at booking and you are able to pre-book and purchase at the discounted price.
To support our teachers and guest facilitators, cancellations made within 6 hours of the workshop (enrollment) start time cannot be refunded or credited. We appreciate your understanding, as attendance directly impacts instructor compensation and event planning.
If you have a GIFT CARD you haven't used prior to October 2025 and want to redeem it, please email the studio [email protected] with the gift card information so that we can handle the transaction.
You cannot redeem in studio.
The studio opens 30 minutes before the start of class and the door locks on time. If you are late, please knock loudly, so the teacher can let you in.
No late entry after 5 minutes from the start of the class.
NOTE: For the Monday - Friday 6am & 7am classes doors open 20 minutes before class start time
Please do NOT park across the street at the Physical Therapist office or in the lot for the building on New Dorp Plaza. We have been getting complaints and have been told that if you park there you will be towed.
DISCOUNTS:
$25 CREDIT CARD MINIMUM - If you want to make a purchase in the studio for under $25 with a credit card, we will charge your card the minimum (or more if you prefer) and after the purchase, the balance will be kept on your account to use for future purchases.
We offer mat/towel rental - no charge for first time visitors.
Pay $7 for mat rental (includes hand towel), Pay $3 for towel rental. There is NO CHARGE for 5BPY VIP for mat or towel rental.
Old free class cards are still valid at the studio and one person cannot use more than 6 free class passes in a year.
